Organic Flow Studio
Information about the studio space
Organic Flow© is born from the desire to create a peaceful and insightful place, to share moments together, interact and get inspired. Located in the heart of Lisbon, in Campo de Ourique, the Studio has been carefully designed to promote well being, harmony and peace.
Beyond Yoga -cornerstone of the project- other artistic and body language activities relative to personal development are possible. Other activities and experiences are part of this project, developing over organic meetings and through collaborations. I'm really happy to share this space with other teachers since few months.

Bright, comfortable and intimate
On the main floor, it offers a relaxing space with a large main practice room of 55 m2.
Mats, blocks, belts, blankets are at disposal.
The entrance of the studio proposes a space for storage/ changing room and an area to chill out before or after class.
Upstairs, there is another studio, smaller, that is dedicated exclusively for my classes Organic Vinyasa Flow (group or private). Surrounded by windows, this studio is bathed by light and offer and amazing view over the city, the bridge and the river.
