Whether in a private or semi-private class, I offer a personalized approach using the various practices I was trained in, in order to help you progress, taking into account your level and your needs.

Why would you take a private class?
A private class is the ideal scenario: you choose your own time, place and class. It is fully adapted to your practice, your capabilities and what you seek to develop.
It is possible to work on:
- A general goal: flexibility, strength, endurance or relaxation, recovering from injury and going back to yoga safely...
- Specific areas: strengthening or opening of a specific part of the body (like the upper back) or a specific posture you wish to achieve.
A private class allows you to work at your own pace and enjoy a unique place for exploration, progress and sharing!

COACHING YOGA AT ORGANIC FLOW STUDIO
44 euros for the 1st H.
5H : 200 euros
10H : 340 euros

A PRIVATE GROUP CLASS
For a birthday, a special event amongst friends...
Cost-estimate depending of the number of participants,
type of class required and time of renting the studio.

​CLASSES AT YOUR HOME* :
1h : From 60 euros for 1 or 2 people, depending of the size of the group
*depending of the location of your home, price can be higher

PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES on-line:
1H: 44 euros for an individual session
(up to 3 people together in the same room).

In Organic Flow Studio where I keep the upper studio for my classes. It has big windows, it's full of light and offer an amazing view over the city and the river.
Located in Campo de Ourique, above Estrela Park, 10 mns walk from Rato Metro station.​
- Studio Organic Flow, Rua Almeida e Sousa, 3, last floor. After entering inside, go to the upper studio, upstairs.
