My advices before your (first) practice

Please contact me to make sure that you'll have a spot and that way I can also ask you some questions and reply to any of your question too, and I feel it's nicer to connect a bit before actually meeting each other.

If you have any health problems, injuries, please check with your doctor if the practice of yoga is recommended, so that you can practice more safely.

Make sure that you come with comfortable clothes so that you can move and stretch freely. Bring a warm sweater or something comfy you can put on, especially before relaxation, at the end of each class.

If the weather is warm, bring a small bottle of water or make sure you're still well hydrated during the practice.

Come 5 mns before the class, so you can have time to settle and relax.

If you're a totally beginner, the best advise for your first class is to have no specific expectations, just enjoying the moment and being able to relax into it.
